We recently spoke to the new residents of the The willows and asked them what they love about their newly purchased homes.

1) A Great Sense of Community

Already there is a sense of community in The Willows. Members are all apart of a Whatsapp and Facebook group where they can chat, share ideas and ask questions.

“So far the neighbours that we have met are really friendly. The Facebook group has been very helpful and made us feel part of the community”, says Gary, who recently moved into a new Willows home.

“There are loads of facilities plus we love the community vibe and small country feeling to Dunshaughlin”, say Aoife and Philip Kennedy, also new residents of The Willows.

2) Location of Development

Our new homeowners named location as one of the top perks of living in The Willows. The development is in prime position in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath with an array of modern facilities.

Dunsaughlin is a lovely community village with excellent transport links including the close proximity of the park and ride railway station with a commuter rail link to Connolly Station. There are also many bus routes, as well as being just 20 minutes from the M50 giving easy access to Dublin via car.

3) The Style of House

The size and style of house were also voted highly on the list of things our residents love about their new homes.

The Willows houses are generous houses, with a convertible attic in the three-bed houses, which can be used as the homeowner wishes, ie: a fourth bedroom, an office, a kid’s den, etc.

These houses have been designed with modern families in mind. Completed with exacting finishes, equipped with the highest standard of specifications and designed with low energy bills in mind, The Willows will grow and develop as your family does.

4) Small Village Vibe

Dunsaughlin is a unique location in that residents get to enjoy the small-town feel, while still being in close proximity to the city. Dunsaughlin enjoys a lovely village atmosphere, with boutique shops, local restaurants and pubs, as well as great cafes.

Aine and John Gallaher, residents of The Willows say the local village is the highlight of their new home:

“Dunsaughlin is a bustling town with a village atmosphere within walking distance and Dublin City in under one hour”.

5) Pricing

Of course pricing is a defining factor in buying the house of your dreams. Our residents listed pricing as a top priority when buying their new Willows home. Through our survey, they expressed the excellent pricing for a brand new home in a prime location like Dunsaughlin.

These brick-facade houses have an “A” level energy rating, and are available in three, four and five options.
